Walk in cooler: raw chicken (48F - Cold Holding); raw chicken (48F - Cold Holding); yogurt (48F - Cold Holding); shrimp (46F - Cold Holding). Operator states cooler was open for 15 mins for moving product prior to inspector's arrival. Inspector retempt product and found no change in product temperature. However, the ambient temperature inside the cooler dropped from 50F to 41F within 30 minutes.
