A minimum of one bathroom facility is not available for public use. Observed no restrooms working at the time of the inspection. Only handwashing sinks are operating in both restrooms. Toilets aren't flushing correctly. Plumber on-site was able to unclog both restrooms to be used by the public.

Raw sewage on ground of establishment. Observed reminisce raw sewage on the back exit of the restaurant from the exit door flowing down the street. Plumbers are actively onsite repairing system. Street cannot be blocked off due to it being a back parking and alley to the plaza. Employees must walk through it if using the back exit. Plumbers stated that they believe it back flowed yesterday but not actively at the time of inspection.

Plumbing system in disrepair. Observed the three compartment sink being backed up, the drain where the water from the three compartment sink drains into is filled with standing gray water. The sinks are also filled with gray water. Manager came and snaked the drains and called a plumber that stated that they were on their way.
Reach-in cooler interior have accumulation of soil residues. Observed the interior of the reach in freezer in the front of the cook line with food debris build up.
Met inspection standards. 3 violations recorded, none serious enough to require a return visit.

Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed an employee cellphone on the front prep table. Manager removed.
No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted. Emailed operator a copy.
