Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food. Clear plastic trash bags used for ice. This bag in contact with wings and ice. Explained to use food grade bags.
Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Employee put on gloves to drop raw chicken wings in the fryer basket for cooking. Employee touched the timer with same chicken juice glove. Another employee with clean gloves touched the same timer then started to handle food. Souped employee and explained to manager. Manager explained to employee and she properly changed the gloves. Other employee changed the gloves as well.
