Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. There is a cleaning solution stored next to white vinegar. The white vinegar is used in a water solution to clean vegetables. Operator moved the cleaning solution to proper storage.

Employee handled raw chicken and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. An employee handled raw chicken, removed their gloves then handled tongs without washing their hands. Employee educated on proper hand washing procedures.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. There is a wiping towel inside the hand washing sink at the entrance to the kitchen. Operator removed the wiping towel.
Spray bottle containing toxic substance improperly labeled. There is quaternary sanitizer in a bottle marked RTU Cleaner. Operator re labeled the bottle.
