In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed a handle above the cornstarch. Operator removed it.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed reach in cooler gasket soiled. Operator cleaned them.
Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Observed at the preparation table. Operator removed them.
