Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Observed employee handle toast bread coming out of toaster with bare hands. Operator has no AOP. Manager stated they suppose to use transfer pan or gloves to handle toasted bread. Manager spoke to employee and set up transfer pan.
