Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed old labels stuck to clean containers stored on wire rack closest to ceiling across near three compartment sink.

Observed 1 employee engaging in food preparation with expired food handler certification. Other employees on site are certified food managers.
Garbage on the ground and/or pad around dumpster. Observed excess garbage build up on ground around dumpster at side of establishment.

Open dumpster lid. Observed both lids opened on dumpster at side of establishment.

Uncovered food stored near sink exposed to splash. Observed container of blanched fries stored next to hand wash sink closest to front counter. Fries were directly under manual paper towel dispenser and exposed to splash when dispensing paper towels. Person in charge moved fries away from paper towel dispenser.
