Sewage/wastewater leaking out of the base of the mop sink that is to the left of the three compartment sink. Standing wastewater was observed in the rear area of the establishment in front of mop sink, three compartment sink, and in front of prep area and office area leading to back door. When water is mopped away from area more water returns. The source of the water can not be confirmed. The mop sink can not be sectioned off due to the location in the establishment. Speed rack with containers of fries without lids stored in area where wastewater was present. Employee moved. Employees are walking through water when moving throughout the establishment. Manager has reached out to the General Manager to get in touch with a plumber for repair.
