Operator does not permit customers to use bathroom. Operator stated they let customers go to another establishment to use rest room. Reviewed proviso: 1) ESTABLISHMENT MUST ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO UTILIZE THE RESTROOM UPON REQUEST. THE ESTABLISHMENT MUST HAVE A POLICY THAT CUSTOMERS ARE TO BE ESCORTED TO AND FROM THE RESTROOM AS NECESSARY TO ENSURE THAT NO CROSS CONTAMINATION OCCURS.
