Observed Luis hired for over 30 days not certified as food manager.
Equipment in poor repair. Observed walk-in freezer door frame in disrepair and reach-in cooler gaskets in disrepair at cookline.

Food stored in a location that is exposed to splash/dust. Observed boxes of commercially sealed raw chicken exposed to splash at walk-in cooler. Manager had employee cover exposed items with plastic bags for extra protection.

Water draining onto floor surface. Observed condensation from cooling unit leaking onto floor at walk-in cooler. Manager place container to catch condensation.
