Inside reach-in cooler by fryers: raw chicken 12:15pm (49F) In red self-draining pan next to fryers: raw chicken wings 12:30 PM (46F - Cold Holding) Manager advised the items are not held on time. Manager placed items into walk-in to bring back to correct cold holding temperatures.
