See stop sale. Observed time not marked on shell eggs at cooks line. Employee stated eggs had been put out less then 2 hours prior and than marked time on them correctly.
Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed melted butter at cooks line held at 119F. Employee stated it was melted 3 hours prior and than moved it back to grill to hold at 140F.

Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee crack shell eggs and then remove glove and placed on new gloves.
