In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses. Observed pair of tongs stored on handle at wok station. Employee removed tongs to properly store.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed gaskets on walk-in-cooler, reach in freezers, and reach-in cooler across from wok station soiled. Also, multiple filters,in hood area above fryers and wok station soiled.

Employee switched from working with raw food to ready-to-eat food without washing hands. Observed employee cutting raw chicken without gloves then proceeded to cut Krab stick. Inspector intervened and manager spoke to employee on proper hand washing.
Employee touching ready-to-eat food with their bare hands - food was not being heated as a sole ingredient to 145 degrees F or immediately added to other ingredients to be cooked/heated to the minimum required temperature to allow bare hand contact. Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Observed employee cutting Krab stick from reach in cooler with are hands. Manager coached employee on washing hands and what sink to use.
