What the inspector wrote — 8 findings
Employee dried hands on clothes/apron/soiled towel after washing. Employee dried gloved hands on visibly soiled cloth, then continued to handle hamburger buns with the same gloved hands. Inspector had employee stop, wash hands, and put on new gloves before continuing to handle food. Only one handwash sink located in corner of kitchen, Inspector recommends adding an additional handwash sink at other side of cookline.

Inspector had employee wash hands and put on new gloves before continuing to work at cookline. If additional handwashing violations are noted on future inspections, additional handwash sinks will be required.
