No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed no chemical test kit for their chlorine triple sink. Operator states they usually use quaternary and have the strips for that but ran out and switched to chlorine.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed an employee bag stored over dry goods in the back area. Operator removed the bag.
