Observed the chlorine wiping cloth solution exceeding 200ppm stored near a container of croutons in the kitchen. The operator diluted the solution to 100ppm and properly stored the bucket.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed no chlorine test kit.
