Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. Grouper and catfish.
Food stored on floor,cooking oil.
Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Observed raw chicken thawing in standing water in the three compartments sink.
A return visit. The problems were not fixed yet and the kitchen was given more time.
