Dishmachine not sanitizing properly. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed Dishwasher (Chlorine 0ppm). Operator set up triple sink for proper sanitization.
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw eggs over ready to eat bread in reach in cooler on cook line. Operator moved to proper storage.
