Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed leaking pipe on the faucet on 3 compartment sink, Engineering notify at time of inspection.

Heat strip failed to turn black to indicate the sanitization temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit was achieved on the dish surface and/or high temperature holding thermometer did not reach 160F. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired. Checked dish machine three times not sanitizing properly final rinse only reaching 119°f Manager notify engineering. Recommend to set up 3 compartment sink wash,rinse and sanitize temporarily until dishmachine is repaired.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed sponge stored inside hand wash sink located at the buffet line. Employee removed at time of inspection.
