Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Checked temperature of milk 45°f stored inside reach in cooler less than 4 hours per employee.
Equipment in poor repair. Observed vinyl peeling off on the bottom of the display case, recommend to repair or replaced.
Silverware/utensils stored upright with the food-contact surface up. Observed silverware spoon used for coffee.
Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Checked sanitizer 0 ppm of quaternary ammonia Rechecked 200 ppm.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Checked temperature milk 44°f stored inside reach in cooler (Jeffrey's coffee tea) recommend to placed in another cooler to maintain proper temperature.
Required employee training provided by a third-party employee training program and operator unable to provide original certificate for employees trained. Observed no copy of original certificate spoke to person in charge at time of inspection.
