Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Container full of sugar had a styrofoam cup use has a scoop with no handle. Operator removed cup
Mobile food dispensing vehicle connected to utilities on more than a temporary basis. Observed pvc pipes that is connected to the Mfdv that run into under ground building septic tank that is next to Mfdv. Per operator Mfdv does have built in waste water tank.
