Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Fifty-plus droppings found throughout kitchen area and sushi bar, to include: on floor between cooler and office, on shelving and floor around inner perimeter of sushi bar, around water heater, on top of water heater, in center rear closet on shelves and floor. Also, rub marks are evident along wall between cooler and office.

Seventeen dead roaches observed throughout kitchen and sushi bar, to include: in corner between cooler and office, on floor under shelf next to kitchen entrance, behind chest freezer, on top of water heater, on shelves and floor of sushi bar, and under the kitchen hand wash sink.
Ordered shut on the spot. 19 violations recorded, 4 of them the tier the state says can make you ill. A reinspection is required before this kitchen may reopen.
