Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Approximately 38 rodent droppings observed in establishment: four (4) behind and along side of ice machine in back kitchen, nine (9) inside unused reach in cooler near walk in freezer in back kitchen, and approximately twenty-five (25) in small storage area where single service items are kept. Storage area on plans shows it should be a restroom.
