Time/temperature control for safety food held using time as a public health control marked with a time that exceeds the 4-hour limit. At 12 pm inspector observed eggs on counter were time marked on board as 7-11 am. Operator stated the eggs were taken out of the fridge at 11 am. Operator adjusted time on board as 11-3
