To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Operator has total of 3 food handler employees and 2 of them (A. Aguilar and A Li) both with expired certificates dates 7-21-24. Other employee training certificate will expire on 8-30-24
