Observed Sanitizer Bucket (Quaternary 400 plusppm) Person in charge diluted solution. Final reading, 200ppm.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths.
In-use ice scoop stored on soiled surface between uses. Employee removed item.
