Observed sanitizer at three compartment sink testing at 500ppm. Educated operator on proper strength of sanitizer, operator drew new sanitizer; now testing at 200ppm.
Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Observed no written plan for vomit or diarrhea. Provided operator with written plan.
