What the inspector wrote — 1 finding
Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee go from preparing food for an order remove gloves for money transaction and proceed to put on new gloves before washing hands first. Stopped and educated operator who washed hands and then put on new gloves.
