Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw chicken pan over ready to eat spicy mayo sauce. Operator appropriately reorganized items during inspection.
Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Small cutting board on top of the cook line prep table and cutting board in salad maketable.
