In the make table cooler by the deep fryer one 6 ounce grouper thawed in packaging that is marked remove from packaging and thaw under refrigeration.

No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. There are no paper towels at the hand sink by the triple sink.

Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. There are two pieces of salmon in the make table cooler with food to be served to the public that the operator identified as employee food. Operator discarded the salmon.
Plumbing system in disrepair. The hot water faucet on the hand sink next to the triple sink does not work, the cold water faucet handle on the hand sink on the cook line is missing.
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.

Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. The ice scoop at the bar has the handle in contact with the ice. Inspector educated the bartender on how to properly store the ice scoop.

Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. The hand sink next to the triple sink is blocked by a bin of dirty linens. Operator moved the bin of linens.
In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses. There are multiple sets of tongs hanging from the oven door handle. Operator removed the tongs.
