Nonself-sufficient mobile food dispensing vehicle operating from an unapproved commissary. Observed the mobile unit storing a freezer in a storage unit near the mobile unit. Employee placed freezer back into the mobile unit in its designated spot. Discussed plan review with the person in charge.
