Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Plastic container and measuring cup inside the hand washing sink located near the walk in cooler. The items was removed.
Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Bottled water on the brown cutting board on the flip top reach in cooler across from the cook line. The beverage was removed.
