Per manager, spring rolls prepared approximately 10 minutes prior. Observed spring rolls held in small insert with insert tilted from heat source. Manager voluntarily discarded spring rolls.

Soap dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense soap. Soap dispenser not dispensing at handwash sink by fryers. Manager replaced batteries and soap can be dispensed.
Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Interior top around and inside of ice chutes has black mold-like substance on drive-thru area ice machine.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Ranch dressing packets containing dairy on ice water bath on front service counter. Observed packets in container floating above the ice water chill line. Temperature at 54F. Manager moved ranch dressing to the cooler. Raw chicken in breading container held on the counter in the kitchen at 49F. Employee states chicken was placed in breading approximately 5 minutes earlier. Employee placed chicken in the fryer and cooked to 216F.

Hood filter missing/in disrepair from automatic fire suppression/exhaust system. Middle hood filter at small hood system in disrepair creating a gap and on far left large hood system. Manager states a repair/replacement order has been made.
