Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Front counter ice cream machine has old food debris build up along lip and lid of basin for ice cream mix.
Handwash sink does not have enough water pressure to properly wash hands. Hand wash sink by three compartment sink with very weak water pressure, per operator has spoked with maintenance prior to inspection to adjust.
No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. At time of inspection unable to provide proof of employee food handler training other than list of employees completion.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. On shelf opposite three compartment sink, clean metal and plastic containers stacked while wet.
Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Ice buildup up on compressor unit of walk in freezer and top fan of standup reach in freezer.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Burned debris on cook line hood filters over grill area.

Paper towel dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense paper towels. Hand wash sink at three compartment sink, battery dead unable to dispense paper towels.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Aprons stored on flat racks of bread, operator relocated the aprons.
Hood filter missing from automatic fire suppression/exhaust system. Hood filters missing over fryers closest to front counter.
Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Ice build up in cooking standup reach in freezer on top compressor. Ice build up in walk in freezer in fan, preventing rotation.
Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Interior of standup reach in cooler for raw chicken has food debris build up at base.
Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Multiple sanitizer solution buckets at 0ppm, operator replaced sanitizer solution and remade buckets to 100ppm.
Nothing was found. The inspector recorded no violations at all.
