Tube of chalking on top of individual wrapped utensils packages in dry storage room. Operator moved chalking to different shelf with other maintenance materials.

Open dumpster lid. On dumpster out side of establishment right lid is open. Manager closed dumpster lid.

In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Handle in container of coleslaw and cooked peppers and onions on make line, handles removed.
No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. At hand wash station across from make line near standing reach in freezer. At hand wash station in kitchen near office.

Plumbing system in disrepair. Foot pedal for hot water at the hand wash sink near the office is missing, manager found and replaced foot pedal.
Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Two speed racks with frozen chicken thawing out at room temperature in dry storage area, employee placed racks in walk in cooler.
