Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Hand wash sink at drive through window used as dump sink as evident by ice in sink basin.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. On shelf opposite three compartment sink, clean metal and plastic containers stacked while wet.
Floor area(s) covered with standing water. Standing water on floor of warewashing area, under three compartment sink.

Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. At soda bag-in-box soda storage rack, 1 tank not secured. Operator secured tank during inspection.
