Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin: observed the shield in the ice machine is dirty with a mold-like substance. Additionally, the ice bin at the drive thru window is dirty with a mold-like substance.

No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink: Both handwash sinks in the kitchen do not have paper towels. Assistant Manager states they have have new dispensers on site and they are waiting for them to be installed. He got paper towels and made them available for the staff.
