Observed in Electrolux thawing unit Raw chicken tenders (50F-54F - Cold Holding); Raw Chicken Filets (49F-54F - Cold Holding). See stop sale Manager advised no temperatures were taken of product today. Display states that at no time product will reach above 41F. Product was placed in unit on 5-5-2026 at 10:36am. Manager stated door may have been left open during the frozen chicken being pulled today.
