Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. In the double door reach in cooler in the kitchen, mahi mahi is in commercially processed reduced oxygen packaging that states to remove from packaging and thaw under refrigeration. The packaging is not open.
