Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed the kitchen hand wash sink is blocked by multiple boxes on the floor.
No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Observed : proof of training was not shown during the inspection.

Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed the front line hand wash sink with a food pan and scoop in it. These were removed.

Pesticide/insecticide labeled for household use only present in establishment. Observed a bulk insecticide sprayer stored on the floor at the front line. This was moved to the kitchen. Household insect spray may not be used inside the restaurant. The spray was moved to cleaning.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed: hand sanitizer stored on a drink reach-in cooler and next to single serve cups on the back counter. These were moved below.
