Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed cook on cook line remove gloves to pull tickets from printer and ring bell at service window. She then started to put on new gloves. I stopped her and discussed handwashing procedures with her. She washed hands and then placed new gloves on. Observed front service worker remove gloves then take orders and payment with customers. She started to put new gloves on but I stopped her and discussed handwashing procedures with her. She washed her hands and placed on new gloves.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed hand washing sink next to Excalibur oven blocked by prep table with stand mixer and fryer oven. Discussed with operator that all handwashing sinks need to be accessible for use at all times.
