Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In reach in cooler near front counter, raw chicken on a stick in plastic bags stored over tub of cooked chicken. Operator moved raw chicken to bottom of cooler. Also, on flip top reach in cooler on cook line, raw beef wrapped in plastic wrap stored on metal bowl on top of can of ready to eat sauce. Operator moved raw beef bowl off sauce. Also, in reach in freezer along back wall of establishment, two uncovered pans of raw chicken wings stored on top of bags of pea carrot mix. Operator removed raw chicken from freezer. Also, in walk-in cooler, large plastic tub of raw chicken stored over containers of cooked curry. Operator moved raw chicken to bowl shelf. Also, in lobby in stand up reach in freezer, raw chicken covered in plastic wrap stored over commercially packaged cooked krab meat. Operator began to move chicken to bottom of freezer.

Time/temperature control for safety food reheated for hot holding not reaching 165 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 seconds within 2 hours. In steam table at front counter, chili (82F - Reheating @ 1.5 hours, 138F @ 2 hours). Operator stated chili was put on at 8 am, second temperature taken at 10 am. Operator needed to put more water in steam table and turn temperature up. Rechecked temperature ten minutes later at 165F.

Operator stated they were pulled from walk-in cooler 1.5 hours prior and had employee put ice bags on products. Lid to reach in cooler had been open.
