Observed : no current time marks for all the buffet charts. The charts were updated during the inspection. Also the pasta time as a public health control sticker fell off. This was replaced.

Observed cook line staff adjust hat with gloves on, then back to work handling food service utensils. The manager discussed this with the cook, and they washed hands and added fresh gloves.
