Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dish machine tested at 0 ppm. Operator attempted to prime the unit however it continued to test at 0. Discussed with operator to set up three compartment sink and cease using machine for ware washing until unit can be repaired.
