When asked what sanitizer establishment uses to clean, the operator handed me a bottle of bleach that is not food grade bleach. Manager sent employee to store to get the correct bleach. Employee provided germicidal bleach.

Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee on cook line remove gloves and start to put on new gloves with no hand washing in between. I spoke with employee on proper handwashing techniques between gloves changes. He washed hands and put on new gloves. I watched him do correct hand washing technique 2 other times.
